Why there is not shown my exact bike model that I have choosen while I was ordering graphics kit?
There are so many possible bike models that there is no possible way that we can display each year and model. However we choose the newest model for each brand. Your kit will be fully customized to suit your exact model.

Can I buy individual pieces?
Yes, you can. Just drop us an email with what you want. We can do replacement parts too, always.

Can you install graphics on plastics for me?
We can install your graphics on plastics for a installation fee €29.90. This is considered only when you are buying both products together.

What is the thickness of your graphics?
The applied thickness is 19mil / 450μ

Do you make graphics for uncommon models?
We have a massive range of templates, if you don't see your model listed in the interactive design studio, just write us an email with some information of your bike model. Images are always helpful.

What is the best way to pay?
We accept major credit cards. You can pay with PayPal or through bank transfer too.

Can you customize the design shown on your website?
Yes, we can. These designs are fully customizable. Simple changes like adding name and number can be done in our online design graphic studio. For more information visit CUSTOM DESIGN section.

Can you copy graphics if I send you a photo?
We do not copy anyone`s work. That’s not fair. However if you really like a certain design you've seen, you can send it as a general guide for us, we can base a design around it.

Can you print Redbull or Monster logo?
No, we cannot print those logos unless you are a sponsored individual or part of a sponsored team. If you are part of a race team, please have your manager contact us with relevant supporting documents.
There may also be certain restrictions in the use of other logos, such as background colours, positions and general layout. Please accept our position with this, as we have to comply with our industry partners instructions.

How long does the graphics process take?
In general we do all requests within 48 hours. Once your payment is received your graphics should be with the courier within 48 hours.

Return policy

Scrub Designz team work hard to keep you satisfied, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below to return the item.

All returns are subject to prior written approval and a return reference number MUST be included with the returned item. This number will be provided with communications. Returns will only be approved up to a period of 14 days from the day you receive your order. Requests after 14 days are at our discretion. If you order an incorrect item, ie. wrong model, we will accept a return, however a production fee is applicable, postage will not be refundable in these situations. Items must be returned complete in original packaging. For item exchanges, Scrub Designz must wait to ship your product until the original item has been returned and inspected. We will communicate upon the exchange. Custom made kits are non-­returnable items, unless a manufacturing defect is evident.

Payment refunds:
Credit card refunds are credited back to the card used for the original purchase.
PayPal refunds will be issued to the original PayPal account. Please note: We will not refund charges from couriers (example UPS, FedEx, DHL etc.)....customs fees, taxes.

IMPORTANT NOTE - if you are going to return graphics to us

- Your order information has to be in the package
  Order number
  Customer information (Name, address, e-mail, phone number)

- Please pack all graphics parts properly. Don't use any 'office' or 'packing' tape on the graphics surface! We've developed special tape and our tape doesn't leave adhesive residue on the graphics.

- make sure that the graphics are not folded. We have delivered new graphics kit to you . It is not used, so it should return without any damage.

- double check address of our company and make sure that you are shipping product to the correct address.

- choose a reputable courier company such as DHL (worldwide) GLS (European Union) to ensure safe return of the product. Be sure to retain the tracking number for future reference

Shipping

SCRUB Designz team work hard to ship all product as soon as possible. Typically, items leave our warehouse within 2 business days. Production time for graphics and seat covers- all are made to order, so we aim to have everything completed ready for shipping in 24 hours.
Delivery times of your items will vary depending on your location and designated shipping method. Shipping times shown are the estimated number of days your order is in transit after your order has left our warehouse. This doesn't mean it is always the exact amount of time after the order is placed online. If a situation arises that product you ordered will not be available, or delayed, we will immediately inform you via email or telephone.

Europe Union by GLS: 3-8 business days
Europe Union by EXPRESS DHL: 1-2 business days

Europe by Parcel POST: 5-10 business days  (non European Union countries + Islands)
Europe by EXPRESS DHL: 3-7 business days (non European Union countries + Islands)

USA & Canada by Parcel POST: 7-12 business days
USA & Canada by EXPRESS DHL: 4-8 business days

Rest of the World by Parcel POST: 7-14 business days
Rest of the World by EXPRESS DHL: 6-10 business days

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are from a small island in the Pacific Ocean or remote location, your order must be sent exclusively by EXPRESS DHL. We will inform you as soon as we receive the order about extra shipping cost and shipping times.

Tracking:

Our sales department will automatically update the status of your order with tracking number. You can simply log in into Your Account and check your tracking there. Alternatively, you will receive tracking information by email if you don’t have account on our website.

- Please note that all tracking numbers are “working” after first scan. Sometimes, you can get your tracking number before it was scanned by courier, which can show you error. However, it will work after few hours.

- Please note that all courier companies recycle their tracking numbers over time, so if your tracking status shows "Delivered," be sure to check the date and address to make sure it is not referring to a package from the past.
